Initial Comments:
Based on the findings of an unannounced onsite hospice Medicare recertification survey conducted on October 4, 2021 through October 5, 2021 secondary to agency office closure during the month of September due to continued positive COVID cases among staff, All American Hospice, was found to be in compliance with the requirements of 42 CFR, Part 418.113,Subpart D, Conditions of Participation: Hospice Care-Emergency Preparedness.
